At the AGM in June, the committee members were all re-elected with the addition of Anita Bush, except for Linda Stockton who has retired.
Linda was presented with a gift to say thank you for her commitment to the role and thanked the members.
The AGM was followed by our speaker, Dr Katie Denby, a science teacher, who showed us how to extract DNA from strawberries and identify the colours in a felt tip pen.
