Garden Party 

After a week of unpredictable weather and again that morning, we crossed our fingers and hoped there would be an improvement in the afternoon.
Many members were entertained on arrival by Ian, our Musical Director, showcasing his talent by playing tunes on a number of instruments.
After eating delicious jam and fresh cream scones and drinks prepared and served by the Social Committee, The Ringtones sang a medley of songs for the members to accompany.
With great timing, the sun came out, the wind dropped and we were able to venture outside, enjoy the sunshine and play games: kurling, bags in buckets and Molkki.

This was our second garden party and proved popular with the members, raising £171.25 towards our funds.

Thank you to everyone who helped and supported this event and to the Methodist Church Hall for allowing us to use their hall and grounds.
